Past manager skills a plus, but not required. Our candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively with staff, physicians, patients and their families. Will be the Joint Commission coordinator/liaison; complete credentialing of physicians and be responsible for Diamond Club operations. Ability to assist in the ED as needed. Willingness to continue self-development of skills and assist in meeting Patient Satisfaction scores and Customer Expectations. Illinois license and CPR and ACLS certification required.
