• ED RN/Clinical Supervisior This is a leadership position - must be customer focused and self-motivated and have the ability to direct others, problem solve and be a positive role model. Emergency department and previous supervisory experience a plus. Click here to download an application

• Physical Therapist - Full time staff position. Must have Illinois PT license. Hours are flexible to accommodate patient need. Job duties will consist of outpatient PT at any of our 3 outpatient locations, Inpatient PT and Homecare - based on patient volumes.
